Switched on per club, when you're ready

Two capabilities ship guarded, off by default.

They're built and review-first. Nothing reaches a member or a lead until your country owner confirms wording, and you flip the switch, with a kill switch and a daily cap.

Failed-payment reminders to the member

Built draft-only and off by default. Surfaces the failing member, amount and fee from a structured Setup page; a tie-safe paid-check means a member who has paid can never be dunned. Staff review every draft first.

Instant lead auto-reply

The Facebook auto-reply is built and running in a guarded pilot on a test page, it answers only from approved Setup-page info, never member data. WhatsApp auto-reply follows once the official Cloud API number is connected.

We never run a lead pipeline through an unofficial WhatsApp workaround, it breaks WhatsApp's rules and risks the club's number. The official route is the only one we build on.
Questions

The things franchisees ask first.

Does Ardito replace Membr or Ezypay? +

No. Ardito is an overlay. Head office keeps you on Membr and Ezypay, so an overlay is the only kind of tool you can really adopt. It reads them, fills the gaps, and becomes the place your team works, nothing is removed.

What is the “self-refreshing feed”, really? +

A live connection to Membr that keeps itself authorised and current on its own, so there's nothing for your team to babysit and no integration that quietly breaks. It's the hard problem most tools never solve, and it's the foundation everything else runs on.

Is my data pooled with other franchisees? +

Never. Each franchisee runs on a separate server and database, a private instance in a region you choose. There is physically no shared table for two franchisees to read. Within your own group, staff see only the clubs they're allowed to, enforced on every screen and checked by automated tests every night.

How long does it take to go live? +

About six to eight weeks for a multi-club group, faster for a single club: discovery, connect, configure, your team tests real work through it, then we switch on one club at a time, watched end to end.

What does it cost, all-in? +

One monthly fee per group of clubs (from $2,500), plus a one-time build from $9,000. The fee already covers your dedicated server, the AI, every third-party tool, monitoring, support and updates, no surprise cloud or AI bills. At two or more clubs it sits below what you already pay head office.
